Prism's Service & Technology Business offers Implementation, Maintenance, Development, Upgrades and Integration services for ERP, CRM and Supply Chain Applications including SAP, Oracle, JDE, PeopleSoft, Siebel and Manhattan Associates amongst others. Prism has a BI Consulting (BI) and Data Warehousing (DW) solutions team of consultants with expertise in the areas of Informatica, Microstrategy, IBM Cognos, Business Objects and Crystal Reports. Prism's Application Development team specializes in .Net and Java/J2EE development platforms. Our local Account Managers ensure that all our customer requirements are met as per the SLAs agreed upon, and we have a solid track record of building & maintaining client relationships. Prism has extremely robust on-boarding & off-boarding processes. The Prism team ensures all parameters (Background Checks, Drug tests, Technical Tests, etc.) are met before the candidate starts a new assignment. While the candidate is on assignment Prism ensures that all billable resources are contacted by HR/Delivery Team/Account Team on a regular basis. All Prism consultants are provided updates on the engagement status regularly and their questions are answered by the teams supporting the consultants. We ensure that all issues are resolved as soon as possible.
