Prism Informatics has won a contract for SAP Support in NYCOMED, a global pharmaceutical company based in Germany.

Nycomed employs more than 12,000 associates worldwide and has affiliates in more than 50 countries with a strong presence in Europe and in the emerging markets in Russia / Commonwealth of Independent States, Asia and Latin America.
PRISM will support the company to monitor the operative SAP system on a daily basis in 2011, especially monitoring of interfaces and incident management which are the key areas of improvement for the customer.
This contract further strengthens Prism's position and experience portfolio in SAP Projects and its foothold in European markets.
