Prism Informatics (BSE: 505530), a rapidly growing software development and strategic consulting company, kicked- off the Hemas SAP upgrade project. With this project Prism will provide enterprise-wide performance upgrade to Hemas, one of the most recognized brands in Sri Lanka. Prism has also provided SAP functional & technical support to the giant previously.

Hemas have contracted Prism for upgrade of their SAP system across the group. 'Hemas Group' is currently using SAP ECC 5.0. HEMAS has opted for an upgrade to ECC 6.0 to avail the benefits of New G/L, IFRS oriented reporting, parallel ledger, Material Requirement Planning etc. The ECC 6.0 upgrade is for their entire enterprise-wide solution at their company. Prism Informatics will cover following modules of SAP:

• BusinessObjects Planning & Consolidation for IFRS & Consolidation Requirements
• Business Objects Dashboards for Top Management.
• Process Integrators for integrating third party software with SAP.
