Prism Informatics Ltd. on November 18, 2011, announced that Mr. Saurabh B Dani one of the promoter of Prism Informatics Ltd. has now joined Prism's Board of Directors.

Mr. Dani who belongs to the promoter group of Asian Paints Ltd., Vice Chairman & Managing Director of Secure Matrix India Private Limited has graced major IT & Industry level forums such as the CSI, NASSCOM, BSE, as well as the Institute of Computer Society of India as a spokesperson.

Biography

Mr. Dani comes with great academics, backed with a degree in Commerce, and Law, and a Masters in Business Administration from the American International College, USA. Apart from sound academics, he is technically knowledgeable promoter with rich experience in the IT industry and has roots with the promoter family of Asian Paints. As the Chief Promoter & Managing Director of Secure Matrix, he has organized it's growth and blossomed the firm to a Client focused and technically sound organization. As on date, Secure Matrix is a Product, Technology, Platform & Vendor neutral company in the area of Network and Information Security.

Mr. Dani is a member of the Computer Society of India (CSI), e-Information Security Association (eISA), Information Systems Audit & Control Association (ISACA), Cyber Law Society of India (CYSI), Vice Chairman (IT Committee) of the Indo-Arab and Indo-African Chambers of Commerce (IACCI) and Regional Chairman of ESC ( Electronics Software and Export Promotion Council of India –a ministry of IT subsidiary).

As a member and a life member of major institution, Mr. Dani, has actively played a key role in the Production & Marketing of Industrial Chemicals, by way of joint ventures, collaborations, Mergers and strategic liaisons. His profile has enabled him to Chair meetings and boards as a Director as well and grace as the panel member of the ESC (subsidiary of the Ministry of Communications & IT, Government of India), and the International Certification Services, a Certification body respectively.
