Dr. Nirmal Jain

Qualifications
Dr. Jain earned his Bachelor's Degree in Engineering from I.I.T Bombay, Master's Degree in Electrical Engineering from I.I.T. Delhi, and his Ph.D. in Computer Science from Univ. of Hawaii. Dr. Jain attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.

Professional Profile
Dr Jain has 30 years of experience in Information Technology business. Dr Jain started with Harris Communications in Dallas, TX, designing the Operating System for the Communication Processor. Dr Jain has spent 25 years with Tata Group Companies - Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) and Tata Infotech Ltd. (Earlier a JV with Unisys).

At TCS as Senior Vice President, he was responsible for all the European and Asia/Pacific business. In addition he was responsible for the Training, Technology Development, and for the Manufacturing Industry Vertical. At Tata Infotech as CEO, he was responsible for making the company a leading Systems Integration Company in India. He was responsible for tripling its revenues over 5 years. Dr. Jain has particular interest in Technology R&D and its integration with the business. Both at TCS and Tata Infotech, Dr. Jain was intimately involved with their R&D activities.

Between 1996 and 2005, Dr. Jain had been working as CEO of different companies. Dr Jain worked as the CEO of ISG Novasoft to stabilize the company and set the strategic direction for growth through acquisitions, and then of Ismart International to consolidate various acquisitions.

Dr. Jain is currently an Advisor to Patni Computer Systems Ltd., the 6th largest IT Services Company in India. Dr. Jain has managed businesses in IT Services, Systems Integration, Subcontract Hardware Manufacturing, BPO/Call Center, Technology R&D, and Software Product Development. He was instrumental in establishing a JV with Sitel Corporation for BPO/Call Center business.

Dr. Jain serves on board of various companies and professional bodies. Dr. Jain is a member of Executive Council of Computer Society of India, and served as member of management Councils of NASSCOM, CII, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and Indo Italian Chamber of Commerce, and on the Board of various companies.

At Prism, Dr. Jain as an Advisor is assisting the Senior Leadership team to implement various corporate initiatives to assist the Company in achieving Operational Excellence.

Rear Admiral (Retd) Dr. Ajay Sharma

Qualifications
A graduate of Electrical Engineering from Roorkee University, Dr.Sharma was commissioned in the Indian Navy in 1960. He obtained his Ph.D degree from London University in 1969 in Electrical Engineering.

Professional Profile
Dr. Sharma served the Indian Navy for 34 years and retired in the rank of Rear Admiral in 1994. Some of the major appointments held by Admiral Ajay Sharma were :

• General Manager, Naval Dockyard, Bombay (having 12000 workers),
• Chief Staff Officer – Technical, Eastern Naval Commander during Sri Lanka operations,
• Assistant Chief of Material Indian Navy at Naval Head Quarters, New Delhi
• Dean & Director of Institute of Armament Technology, Pune

He was awarded Ati Vishisht Seva Medal in 2003 by President of India for his distinguished service in the Navy. Since retirement he has been :

• The founder Director of JSS Academy of Technical Education, Noida from 1998 to 2001,
• Director – Krishna Institute of Engineering & Technology, Ghaziabad from 2001 to 2005.
• Director General of Krishna Group of Institutions from 2005 to till date.

He is academically active in the field of Knowledge Management and Intellectual Capital and is being regularly contributing papers in World Congress on Intellectual Capital & Knowledge Management, at Mc Master University, Hamilton, Ontario, Canada.

He is one of the promoters, CEO and Executive Director – Idhasoft Ltd and has over 20 years experience in various capacities across companies. He has been actively involved in mergers of US & UK based development centers with Indian companies. He had been the President and Vice President for a number of IT companies and has headed operations for a large US and UK based company. He has also headed the BFSI and Telecom verticals for a very large IT company.

Mohan Natarajan

Qualifications
Mohan Natarajan is a person with various capacities and is backed by an excellent Academic Record. He is an alumni of London School of Economics, IIM-Kolkata, IIT-Mumbai.

Professional Profile
He is also the former Executive VP, Institutional Client Group of Edelweiss Capital Limited. Mr. Natarajan in his professional career has served very reputed organizations that includes Edelweiss, Kotak, HDFC Securities, IIT Group, HSBC, ICICI.

He served several organizations that include Bosch Telecom, PWC Coopers & Lybrand, SAP AG before founding SUMITS AG. After acquisitions of SUMITS AG by Prism Informatics, he took over as CEO of Prism Informatics, Europe. Currently, he serves Prism Informatics as a Director.
